Financial Terms and Project Confirmation
Once the project is deemed compliant with the criteria of the industrial zone, the project holder pays 1% of the total project cost — this amount covers administrative expertise, documentation, and land reservation. If financing is required, an additional 1% is paid after the official approval of the project by international financial institutions.

Signing the agreement and starting project work.
After all approvals and confirmations are completed, an agreement on placement is signed between the project holder and the management company of the Koyandy Private Industrial Zone. Following this, the land is legally formalized, connected to utilities, and project and construction work is initiated.
